Covid could bring “nightmarish punishments against the Goyim”: Rabbi Yaakov

“The Midrash in Shir Hashrim says there will be a big plague before Messiah comes.”

“The Talmud in Sanhedrin maintains that [one way] to bring Messiah [is] through nightmarish punishments against the Goyim [non-Jews].”

According to Rabbi Yekutiel Ben Yaakov, Covid and its response may be part of “revenge [against non-Jews] which inevitably must precede the final redemption of the Jewish people.”

Rabbi Yaakov writes:
