Unz Review publisher Ron Unz says in an interview Covid is a bioweapon operation involving deliberate release of the virus, not an accidental “lab leak” as we’re told by mainstream psyop sources like CNN and US Senators Ron Johnson and Rand Paul.
Unz deserves partial credit. A purposeful release of the virus almost certainly happened.
But he names the apparently wrong perpetrator: America.
Unz correctly observes Covid was designed to be highly infectious with a low short-term death rate, to harm an opponent’s economic activity more than rapidly decimate its population.
Unz claims the virus was most likely unleashed by America on China and Iran to destroy their economies.
A “reckless, rogue operation by elements of the American government” (1:51:40), probably involving Mike Pompeo and John Bolton, authorized release of the Covid virus by US special forces, Unz says.
Donald Trump was not informed of the operation, notes Unz, perhaps explaining why Trump initially discounted the virus’s seriousness when the first US outbreak was identified in early 2020.
In fact, Covid hurt the US economy far worse than China’s. Unz attributes this to an unexpected “leak back” of the virus from China into America, in essence bungling the operation.
So all Covid problems we suffer in America, according to Unz, are unexpected and accidental.
But does this theory hold water?
