Apologies, dear friends, for my delay in updating this newsletter.

About ten days ago while doing box jumps at the gym, a tall box tipped forward from under me, and I fell backward onto my hands, fracturing both wrists.

I underwent ORIF (open reduction, internal fixation) surgical repair of Galeazzi fractures, one with intraarticular involvement (extending into the wrist joint), a few days ago.

Currently I can’t type for beans, just dictate.

Update 12/30/22: Hoping to have both arm casts removed and be able to type again by around January 10.
