They may be designed to harm. Many things point that direction. There is one argument I see made often, including here, that makes no sense. Which is, they wish to get rid of retirees and other useless eaters to save the state money. Actually, they spend the state into bankruptcy intentionally. They do NOT wish the state to be financially healthy and solvent, that's clear. The idea they wish to get rid of anybody because they are a financial drain is the opposite of what they do in every other way. They're working to collapse societies, not strengthen them. Tired of seeing that argument - incoherent. it's also evident they want people physically and mentally helpless. So why prioritize weak, frail, oldsters for death? I don't think so. Maybe later, if they get the total control they seek.
