Vaccine design article updated to seven harmful features

Added the issue of hidden batch sizes potentially masking especially toxic batches

I updated an article on Covid vaccine design to include seven harmful features, including that variable batch (lot) sizes are kept hidden from the public by vaccine companies.

This makes it impossible to determine if rates of adverse events per batch differ, potentially allowing effects of more toxic batches to be hidden among effects of other, less harmful batches.

We know absolute numbers of reported adverse events vary across batches.
