Without evidence, one should not presume malicious intent exists in potentially dangerous contamination of a drug product.
But there is also no reason to presume lack of intent.
In the video above (at 00:30), DNA sequencing expert Kevin McKernan says:
The other thing I’d mention is this [DNA contamination in mRNA vaccine vials] shows a sign of lack of oversight.
When there's liability waivers, you will not have oversight.
So I think we all need to get back to liability waivers and get those removed because they encourage people to cut corners like this.
And this is a problem that could be catastrophic but easily solvable.
That's the whole crime in this all, that this is a very fixable problem.
Yet it happened.
The full HighWire video with Kevin is here, starting at 1:35:35:
Like detectives, scientists must follow where evidence leads and not make unsupported assumptions.
And like any good scientist, Kevin evidently sticks with demonstrable facts and doesn’t speculate or exaggerate in reporting findings.
So it’s unclear why Kevin apparently assumes those running the spike protein-encoding injection operation have no bad intent and that Pfizer simply “cut corners” — perhaps being sloppy or lazy or wanting to save money, time, or personnel training — in “allowing” expression plasmid DNA to be included in its mRNA injections.
This implies to the public everything was just a big mistake and, at worst, someone was merely negligent, not reckless and certainly not deliberate.
When I pointed this out to Kevin on his Substack, he reacted as if I were “telling [him] how to explain [his] work” and asking him to assume intent, something no good scientist would do in reporting findings.
Rather, I just suggested he not assume no intent.
Kevin seems a good man who wants to see the best in people, perhaps not wanting to contemplate that current Covid shots were intentionally made harmful, as an NIH whistleblower physician claims is the case.
One might also consider the alleged Moderna whistleblower engineeers who claimed in 2020 that nucleic acids including mutated genes to sterilize and virilize girls and cause cancers were covertly included in vaccine vials.
Some dispute Kevin’s findings, including molecular biology YouTuber Dan Wilson PhD, who makes reasonable arguments but discreditably tends to call anyone questioning Covid policies “antivaxxers” or “antimaskers.”

Regardless, Kevin’s telling the public that DNA is present in mRNA injections only as a result of “cutting corners,” implying without evidence that no intent exists, can be misleading at this stage.
Few let you consider malice
Unlike most prominent Covid shot “skeptics,” who tell you vax injuries are unintentional and merit “forgiveness and amnesty,” Dr. Meryl Nass appropriately questions if DNA was deliberately included in the mRNA injections.
This problem is concerning in part because — as Kevin also observes — an SV40 enhancer, located next to an SV40 promoter in the DNA sequence, contains binding sites for nuclear localization signal (NLS) proteins that facilitate entry of DNA into the cell nucleus, possibly to promote integration of foreign genes — such as that for the Covid spike protein — into the human genome.
This warrants further study with an open mind.
